We appreciate his patience, follow-through and expertise in remedying a problem with faucets that were difficult to fix because they have been discontinued and parts were not easily available. He was fast, on time, and educational. Polite and professional as well. Our shower wouldn't turn on and he was able to come the next day. It's an old shower and he fixed the issue quickly and even cleaned the shower nob. It looks brand new. He will definitely be our go to guy.
